Grote Automotive is continuing to grow and we need HIGHLY motivated, positive energy people to join our team. We are a 5 store group throughout the midwest seeking those who are critical thinkers and are good at following processes. We’ll teach you the rest.

What an average day with Grote looks like:

Train every morning, get our facility back in shape from the day before and hit the ground helping customers find solutions to their transportation problems. You will teach and guide your customers through the complex world of cars and improving their credit. Providing a long lasting vehicle and building their financial future.

You must have the desire to do honest business and legitimately want to change peoples lives.

Following process and instruction are critical. To even be considered for this position you will have to use the word “Rockstar” as your code word. This code word must be in a message you send when you submit your resume.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
